Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking experienced software engineers to join our Edinburgh team, contributing to next‑generation video management software and cloud microservices. You will help deliver reliable, scalable software in an agile environment, collaborating with international colleagues and mentoring teammates.

You should have strong OO programming skills (C# or C++ preferred), experience with Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and frontend tech such as WPF/React, plus a passion for building great

Qualifications

• 1–4 years software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud and on‑premise software products is a plus.
• Strong fundamentals in object‑oriented programming and software quality.
• Experience with test automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality software in an agile environment for video management systems.
• Collaborate with team and international colleagues to refine features.
• Participate in peer reviews and mentor fellow engineers.
