About the Firm

Our client is a boutique specialist property law firm recognised for its expertise in commercial property matters. The firm is known for delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele, including developers, corporate entities, asset managers, trust companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on commercial property transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Handle landlord and tenant management work, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter.
  • Act for both landlords and tenants in the grant of new leases.
  • Represent borrowers and lenders in purchases, refinances, and new loan matters.
  • Advise clients on Section 106 agreements.
  • Demonstrate understanding of VAT-elected property.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Extensive experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Capable of working independently without reliance on secretarial or paralegal support for administrative tasks such as file opening, Land Registry applications, or billing.
