Job description

We're representing one of our longest-standing clients with one of the lowest attrition rates in Northern Ireland's IT sector, who are looking to add a mid-level Business Analyst to their Belfast team.

Based in South Belfast with on-site parking and hybrid working (2 days a week in the office), this is an opportunity to join a stable, people-focused organisation that values collaboration, professional growth, and genuine work-life balance.

You’ll work closely with project teams, technical stakeholders, and end users to analyse and improve processes across both business and systems projects. This includes defining requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting project delivery through hands‑on analysis and documentation. You’ll also contribute to PMO coordination, ensuring compliance and best practice across the board.
