Muzz is hiring an Android engineer in London to join our growing in-house Android team. You will build cutting-edge Kotlin apps used globally by hundreds of thousands of users, with equity as part of the package.

Role allows Hybrid (3 days in office in Aldgate) or Remote (UK/EU). London base pays £41,000–£68,000 plus equity; EU remote is £37,000–£61,000 plus equity. Full-time with a strong product focus and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating cutting edge Android apps in Kotlin.
• Strong grasp of Coroutines.
• Experience with caching.
• Iterate quickly on designs across multiple feature areas.
• Familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Developing and maintaining Android apps from requirements to Google Play.
• Willing to learn new skills with entrepreneurial energy.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Android features.
• Experience with threading, animation, and media handling.

For candidates based within London region, this role requires you to be in our London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. UK based candidates can work remotely, with the requirement to come to the office on last Thursday of each month.

Please note: You must be currently located in UK or EU AND be able to work without visa sponsorship. We are not sponsoring a work visa for this role.
