The role involves building automated data pipelines, dashboards, and insights to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytics solutions to track usage across all Microsoft Viva modules.
• Integrate data from Microsoft Graph, Viva Insights, and Microsoft 365 usage reports.
• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive and functional reporting.
• Automate data extraction and transformation using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
