Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment at our UK head office in Skipton. You will design, build, and maintain automated processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools, while championing security, governance, and best practices.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to shaping our automation strategy in a hybrid

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
  • Familiarity with ALM, environment strategy and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
  • Design apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value.
  • Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.
  • Develop intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
  • Implement ALM best practices, including CI/CD and environment strategy.
  • Champion security and compliance across all solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
  • Explore new Power Platform capabilities and shape automation strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the end-to-end‑ technical delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps. You’ll design with purpose, build with quality, and deliver with impact.
