A leading technology firm in Reading is seeking a Microsoft Incentives Coordinator to manage the administration of Microsoft incentive and licensing programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers a competitive salary and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
HSO is a leading member of the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle, founded in 1987, and specializing in sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Financial Services, and Local Government. We’ve won several prestigious awards over the last few years, including being voted in the UK’s Top 10 Best Large Companies to Work For for the last three years running. This year, we are also proud to have been named the D365 Finance Microsoft Partner of the Year and Finalist for D365 Sales & Marketing.
HSO is the place to work for those in the Microsoft Dynamics channel. People join and stay because we care — about adding value to our customers, delivering what we say we will, striving to improve ourselves, being inclusive, and having fun.
The core values that enable us to work so well together also mean our customers want to work with us. We choose to be different to other Microsoft Partners. Caring about our people, customers, and quality of work differentiates us. We always support our people and customers to achieve shared, agreed goals.
As Microsoft Incentives Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HSO’s commercial success by managing and optimizing the administration of Microsoft incentive and licensing programs. You will ensure all incentive claims and licensing transactions are processed accurately, fully compliant with Microsoft’s requirements, and aligned to HSO’s sales and financial goals.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Purchasing teams, you’ll take responsibility for tracking, claiming, and reconciling incentives, rebates, and licensing activities, ensuring HSO maximizes return on every eligible Microsoft program. You will also maintain accurate licensing records, support renewals, and help internal teams stay compliant with changing Microsoft licensing models.
This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations (or equivalent, depending on structure).
