The Role

• Improve and develop Microsoft Dynamics modifying fields, forms and core configurations
• Extract, manipulate and surface data from Dynamics and Power BI
• Enhance business systems to support the move from manual processes to a fully data‑led operation
• Speak with teams to understand processes, data sources and improvement opportunities
• Help modernise internal digital capability and move away from a "jack‑of‑all‑trades" approach
• Use Microsoft tools to deliver clean, accurate, meaningful data for better decisions
• Work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment where you influence how systems evolve
• Bring ideas, challenge assumptions and help shape long‑term digital transformation

The Person

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics configuration, development and data extraction
• Confident in Power BI with the ability to model, manipulate and present data
• Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Power Pages
