• Owning both high-level and low-level solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Creating solutions with a strong emphasis on security, accessibility, and performance.
• Designing integration architectures and interfaces using the full Microsoft technology stack.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients - building relationships, inspiring confidence, and demonstrating the art of the possible with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

What you’ll bring

• Full implementation lifecycle experience with CRM-based programmes in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Strong technical background with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and TFS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (ideally using Azure DevOps).
• A collaborative, agile mindset, experienced in planning sprints, defining Epics, Features, and User Stories.
