Job summary

Myn is seeking a Microsoft Data & AI Lead to shape secure AI adoption for clients. The role blends design, implementation and governance of data security and AI using Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot and Agent 365.

Based in London with a hybrid pattern (one day a month in the office), you will mentor engineers, guide project roadmaps and translate business objectives into data security and AI strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview deployments that meet customer requirements and follow best practice
• Deliver secure, compliant AI engagements using Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Cognitive Services
• Keep client controls aligned with data privacy and AI regulation, including GDPR, the AI Act and HIPAA
• Advise clients on their business objectives and turn them into data security and AI strategies
• Support the sales team by scoping requirements, completing RFP responses and writing proposals
• Mentor engineering teams and own the Data Security and AI roadmap

Microsoft Data & AI Lead – Hybrid (London office 1 day per month)

Full-time | Data Security & AI | Hybrid, with one day a month in the London office

About the role

If you want to shape how organisations adopt AI securely, this role puts you in charge of it. You will design, implement and optimise Data Security and AI solutions for customers, as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot and Agent 365. You will advise clients directly, guide our engineers, and own our Data Security and AI roadmap, so we stay a step ahead as the market moves.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview deployments that meet customer requirements and follow best practice
• Deliver secure, compliant AI engagements using Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Cognitive Services
• Keep client controls aligned with data privacy and AI regulation, including GDPR, the AI Act and HIPAA

What we’re looking for

• Deep experience implementing Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, Agent 365, Cognitive Services and Machine Learning (essential)
• Strong understanding of data protection and governance across cloud and hybrid environments, and of frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS and HIPAA (essential)
• Hands-on experience securing AI workloads and their data inputs and outputs with Agent 365, Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services
• Proven ability to design and deliver professional and managed services that protect client data
• Strong consulting and presentation skills, with experience leading technical teams
• Desirable: SC-400, AI-102 or SC-100
