Microsoft D365 Business Central Support Consultant, Fully Remote

Pearson Carter is working with a reputable Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner in the UK. The partner has several exciting new projects and is looking to grow their team. The client is seeking a strong candidate with extensive experience in Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role offers an excellent starting salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience, full remote working, a great benefits package, and a real focus on professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers with D365 BC issues and resolve problems for users.
  • Deliver great customer service and technical support to TSG customers.
  • Deliver high level 2nd line support.
  • Work on Small ISV Projects from a functional standpoint.
  • Collaborate with 3rd Line Support/Development Teams.
Experience
  • Experience in a D365 BC Support consultant role.
  • Must have MS Partner background.
  • Must have experience delivering high level 2nd line support.
Desirable
  • Further experience across: Third-party Integrations, API/Service Connectivity Issues, User Documentation, Knowledge base Updates.
  • Someone who is looking to move into a consultancy role in the near future.
Salary

The client offers an excellent starting salary of up to £45,000 as well as home working & pension schemes.

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in the North East of England but offers an entirely remote working environment.
