Overview

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners in the UK. They are looking to grow their team as the business has several exciting new projects within Dynamics 365 Business Central. The client is seeking a strong candidate who has extensive experience with Dynamics AX finance modules and excellent functional experience. The company offers a competitive starting salary of £60,000 (dependent on experience), remote working, a strong benefits package and a focus on professional development.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK: The company supports remote working. UK travel will not normally be required except for training or periodically scheduled company meetings.

About the business:

A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller and Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in delivering business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the holiday home industry, including holiday home manufacturers and dealers, park operators and marinas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Business Central projects and implementations with a finance focus, oversee application consultants and maintain ownership of the overall solution throughout.
• Gather requirements, engage with stakeholders and conduct business process workshops and solution walkthroughs.
• Engage in full project lifecycles on multiple simultaneous Dynamics 365 projects through effective time management and prioritization.
• Work closely with development, project office and other operations team members in the delivery of projects on time and on budget while exceeding customer expectations.
• Author technical and functional specification documentation according to Elite standards.
• Communicate at all levels to gain buy-in, manage risk and drive decision-making.
• Be flexible to changing business requirements while remaining commercially mindful.
• Hands-on coaching style and approach to the project team.
• Provide onsite and offsite professional services as required.
• Perform hands-on system builds and adhere to information security and change management policies and procedures.
• Support and champion the Dynamics 365 platform and the continued evolution of the Elite solution offerings.
• Ensure best practices are followed using proven project delivery processes to protect the client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products and maintain customer confidence.
• Undertake presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in project retrospectives and seek continuous improvements in process and procedure to further Elite’s best-in-class delivery methodology.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics with proven experience supporting finance and account management processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in business process analysis.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accountancy background (AAT Level 4 and beneficial).
• Excellent management/leadership skills.

Desirable Skills

• Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Degree educated (beneficial).

Travelling may be required both for training and project purposes.
