We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot across enterprise environments. This role focuses on enabling AI‑driven productivity within Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance, and driving user adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Copilot deployment plans within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Validate compliance and security settings (DLP, sensitivity labels).
• Configure Microsoft Graph connectors for external data integration.
• Deliver training on prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
• Drive adoption campaigns and champion programs to maximize ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Responsible AI principles and privacy considerations.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (E3/E5) and Copilot licensing models.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API.
