A global tech transformation partner is seeking a Cloud Native Engineer in Greater London. This position involves leading teams to develop AI-enhanced cloud-native applications using Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent engineering practices and be proficient in .NET and Azure services. You will mentor teams, implement best practices in software development, and ensure solutions are secure and efficient. This role supports hybrid work arrangements and promotes continuous learning and development opportunities.
Our Cloud Native Engineers specialise in agile custom software development and integration at an enterprise scale. Working in close-knit teams, they deliver some of the most innovative solutions using the Microsoft stack, a variety of Open Source technologies, and the latest advancements in AI software engineering to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. By embedding AI throughout our engineering processes, we enhance performance, efficiency, and the overall value we deliver.
We put a lot of time and effort into the Microsoft community; we invest in doing things right and have plenty to say on the subject.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
