Job summary
Intercity Technology is hiring a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to lead delivery of Microsoft 365 projects, including tenant setup, migrations and configuration. You will work across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams, enabling secure, collaborative modern work for our clients.
The role is remote-first with monthly travel to our Meppershall site and occasional customer-site travel. You will enjoy solving problems, explaining complex solutions clearly and owning technical
Qualifications
- Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in MSP, consultancy or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
- Ability to implement security, governance and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain solutions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 projects including tenant setup, migrations and configuration.
- Work across Entra ID, Purview and Copilot within Microsoft 365.
- Support workshops, discovery and solution design activities.
- Configure security, compliance and governance features within Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide escalation support.
- Use PowerShell and automation to improve delivery and reporting.
