Job summary

• BSc MSc in Microbiology Biotechnology or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant microbiology laboratory experience

• Good understanding of ISO IEC 17025 and relevant microbiological testing standards
• Knowledge of method validation verification quality control and microbiological techniques
• Previous experience in team handling work allocation and technical report review
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a NABL- or UKAS-accredited laboratory, or a laboratory operating under equivalent accreditation requirements.
• Ability to independently manage laboratory operations and meet testing deadlines.
• Strong focus on technical accuracy, quality compliance, and team performance.
