HIDE in London, a Michelin-starred restaurant, seeks an experienced Bartender for its sophisticated cocktail bar. You will craft exceptional cocktails, showcase your mixology skills, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic setting.

You will collaborate on seasonal menus, mentor teammates, manage bar operations, and share knowledge about spirits, liqueurs, and pairings to elevate the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to craft unique cocktails with creativity and precision.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and flavour pairings.
• Exceptional guest service with professional communication.
• Experience in high-end cocktail bar operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Craft unique cocktails and showcase mixology skills.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and service.
• Interact with guests, offer recommendations and share ingredient knowledge.
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktail menus with bar manager and culinary team.
• Demonstrate beverage knowledge and educate guests on origins and pairings.
• Keep bar organized, stocked and clean, following opening/closing procedures.
• Work closely with bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide attentive, personable hospitality to all guests.
