Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in MICE sales or similar with a proven revenue track record.
• Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries quickly and manage timelines.
• Quote meetings and events with accurate pricing.
• Enter client details into the sales system per SOPs.
• Convert bookings and coordinate event details with clients.
• Attend network events to develop corporate contacts.
• Support ad hoc admin tasks to help reach targets.
