A healthcare organization is seeking a MiCare Nurse to enhance health and social care support for service users. This part-time role involves providing clinical advice, delivering training, and promoting independence while working within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Preferred candidates should have a Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification and experience in community health or social care settings. Flexible working arrangements are available with a competitive salary ranging from £32,061 to £38,220 per year.

As MiCare Nurse under the direction of the Assistant Team Manager, you will enhance health and social care support for MiCare service users in line with Rutland County Council policies, objectives, and standards. This role is central to promoting independence, enabling choice and control, and preventing unnecessary hospital or care home admissions.
Salary: £32,061 to £38,220 a year with LGPS pension contribution.
Contract: Permanent, Part‑time.
