Pay, benefits and more:

You'll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Produce management information to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business – which then enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight driving strategic and operational decisions.
• Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities – you will gather and analyse data, then adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience.
• Build an understanding of our warehouse environment and customers’ expectations, whilst maintaining a great working relationship with all on‑site teams.
• Actively promote a continuous improvement culture within the team, especially around building more efficient MI tools to BAU reporting and projects scoping.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit‑for‑purpose.
• A strong analytical ability and an inquisitive mind, with the ability to translate data into visuals and adapt visualisation depending on the audience.
• Confident communication skills, to present information to managers and able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
• Confident MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
