Description

The MI and Reporting Manager will lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of management information (MI), performance dashboards, and compliance reporting across the Welsh Water contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring data-driven decision-making, operational transparency, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards and MI reports to support operational, commercial, and HSEQ teams.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within the relevant databases, specifically within the BI Reporting database.
  • Ensure real-time visibility of performance metrics via live systems accessible to Welsh Water and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports summarising compliance with the contractual obligations.
  • Interrogate and interpret large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities.
  • Support governance reviews and steering groups by providing detailed performance insights and audit-ready documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications for new solutions.
