Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MHST Team Leader to supervise trainee and qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners and oversee a sub-team within the MHST. You will contribute to direct clinical services, deliver 1:1 and group interventions, and build relationships with school leads across London.

The role requires registration in a relevant UK profession, supervisory experience, and the ability to provide consultancy to other professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered with a UK professional body in a relevant field.
• Experience supervising trainees and qualified practitioners.
• Experience delivering psychological assessments and interventions to children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessments for referred clients.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups.
