Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative with MHE experience for our Rugby (CV23 0WB) site. You will operate counterbalance and reach trucks, assist with loading, packing, and stock movement, and ensure accurate order preparation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Training y including on MHE will be provided, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role is full-time, onsite, with a shift pattern that covers five days out of seven from 06:00 to 14:00.

Qualifications

• Experience of driving MHE – counterbalance & reach truck; training will be given
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to work to GXO Health and Safety policies
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of counterbalance and/or reach truck forklift
• Loading / unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse
• Picking, packing and order preparation accurately
• Goods in/out and stock processing and support
