Job summary

The Delta Group is seeking a proactive MHE Trainer & Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to ensure safe, competent operation of forklifts and reach trucks. You will train and authorise operators, onboard new starters, and maintain compliance records while supporting day-to-day stock movements across the site.

Qualifications

• FLT/Reach Truck trainer qualification recognised by RTITB, AITT or ITSSAR.
• Experience delivering in-house FLT assessments in a live warehouse.
• Strong record-keeping and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical FLT/Reach Truck training and assessments.
• Onboard new starters with site procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Support Goods In/Out and stock control when not training.
• Promote health and safety culture and PPE compliance.
• Assist with audits and internal/external compliance checks.
