Job summary

Harrison Holgate in London is seeking an International Senior Manager to lead the operational delivery of MGA partnerships from due diligence through onboarding and renewal, while driving continuous improvement of underwriting processes and systems.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Technology and Operations teams across the UK and US to ensure smooth programme implementations, governance and renewal cycles. A strategic leadership role with significant stakeholder engagement awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong London Market insurance operations experience.
• Delegated Authority or MGA expertise.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving operational processes and implementing change.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence and onboarding for new MGA programmes.
• Manage programme implementation through to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Underwriting, Finance, Claims, Legal and Technology.
• Oversee binder renewals and operational governance.
• Enhance underwriting systems, reporting and operational processes. Build strong relationships with MGAs and key stakeholders.
