Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a successful and oversubscribed secondary school in Essex, seeking a dedicated MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) to join their dynamic and supportive languages department. The school has an outstanding ethos and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS3-KS5, underpinned by a strong focus on professional development (CPD) and continuous improvement.

As an MFL Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging and ambitious curriculum in French and Spanish. You will inspire students to develop their linguistic skills and cultural understanding, using effective behaviour management and tailored interventions to ensure excellent pupil progress and inclusion across all key stages.
