We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish & French) to join our vibrant team in Burton-on-Trent. This full-time position, starting in January 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to teach both Spanish and French across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in Spanish and French, ensuring engaging and interactive lessons for students at all levels.
  • Foster a love for languages, encouraging students to develop their speaking, listening, and writing abilities in both Spanish and French.
  • Provide regular assessments, feedback, and support to students, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to extracurricular language initiatives, such as cultural events, language clubs, and language trips.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the MFL department to continuously improve the curriculum and ensure an innovative approach to teaching.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Spanish and French at secondary level.
