About The Role:

Grade A Recruitment is working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school in Peterborough to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to teach students across KS3, KS4, and A-Level, supporting them to develop strong language skills and achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons from KS3 up to A-Level.
  • Teach and assess both verbal and written Spanish skills, ensuring students are fully prepared for mocks and exams.
  • Inspire students to build confidence and fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality MFL curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
  • Be confident teaching Spanish across all key stages, including A-Level.
  • Have experience preparing students for both written and spoken exams.
  • Be passionate about languages and able to inspire students of all abilities.
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Be a team player, committed to contributing to a supportive and successful department.
