The Vacancy

We are now seeking a Metering Billing and Dispute Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our billing processes.

This permanent full-time role follows a hybrid working pattern from our Wigan Head Office.

Job Purpose

As a Metering Billing and Dispute Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of billing-related data for metering services. This includes generating and validating invoice files, managing automated invoice exceptions, and resolving disputed work. You will track and analyse billing and dispute activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.
