DC Personnel Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Skilled Metal Fabricator to join a fast-paced team. You will work from job sheets and drawings to produce bespoke signage and metal fabrications using aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel.

The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will read drawings accurately, operate workshop machinery and tools, and contribute to meeting production schedules.

Formación

• Proven experience in metal fabrication or similar skilled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong practical and mechanical skills.
• Experience with aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel.
• Experience using workshop machinery and hand/power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Working from job sheets, measurements and drawings.
• Producing bespoke signage and metal fabrications.
• Operating with aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel.
• Measuring, marking out, cutting, shaping and preparing metal components.
• Setting up and operating press brake machinery and other equipment.
• Welding and general fabrication as required.
• Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace.
