Qualifications

• Experience as MET Technician/Strip Fitter in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills with diagnostics ability.
• Hybrid vehicle training or exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components during repairs.
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles per repair instructions.
• Identify and report additional or unseen damage.
• Carry out four-wheel alignment, geometry and suspension work.
• Perform diagnostic checks and related repairs.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards and supports the team.
