AWD online is seeking a skilled MET Technician / Strip Fitter in Hockley, Essex. The role involves dismantling, repairing and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and customer service.

The position offers full training, management support and clear progression opportunities, with a 7:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly rate plus monthly bonus incentives. Parking is provided on-site.

Aufgaben

• Damage assessment and repair decisions: assess damage and decide whether panels should be repaired or replaced.
• Damaged panel removal: remove damaged panels.
• Chassis and panel repairs: repair damaged chassis and panels.
• Vehicle dismantling and stripping: dismantle and strip vehicles down.
• Vehicle reassembly and rebuilding: reassemble and rebuild vehicles after repairs.
• Vehicle welding: carry out plastic, MIG and SPOT welding.
