Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a MET Stripper Fitter Technician - Accident Repair Bodyshop in Colchester. This full-time role is Monday to Friday with no weekends and offers a salary Up to £50,000 plus bonus, along with ongoing training and clear career progression.

You will dismantle and reassemble vehicles, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and work as part of a skilled team in a leading independent accident repair group, focusing on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experienced MET Technician
• Strong Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim Systems
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Diagnostic Ability
• Professional, Reliable, and Takes Pride in Quality Workmanship
• Full and Valid UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Dismantling and Reassembling Vehicles: Follow manufacturer methods to ensure precision and safety.
• Diagnosing Mechanical and Electrical Faults: Utilise modern diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues to the highest standards.
• Collaborating with Other Technicians: Work as part of a cohesive team to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a Professional Workshop Environment: Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and organised.
