Solus is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician to join our UK repair network. You will diagnose faults, strip and refit components, and re‑assemble vehicles to high safety and quality standards.

Work closely with panel, paint and production colleagues to maintain smooth repair flow while upholding rigorous safety practices. This role offers opportunities to develop technical expertise in MET, with a collaborative workshop environment and a focus on accurate, first-time-right

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an automotive repair environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strip, repair and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs per manufacturer methods.
• Re-assemble vehicles accurately for paint and final sign-off.
• Collaborate with Panel, Paint and production teams to support repair flow.
• Maintain safe, tidy working practices and professional standards.
