Job summary

A leading automotive repair firm in Atherton is seeking a talented MET Technician / Strip Fitter to repair damaged vehicles. The successful candidate will have at least a Level 2 Award in ADAS Calibration and experience in a busy body shop. Responsibilities include repairing vehicles as per manufacturers' specifications and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work. This is a full-time role with a basic salary of £40,000 plus bonuses. Flexible working hours apply.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST LEVEL 2 AWARD IN ADAS CALIBRATION.
• Technical qualification in vehicle repair techniques is essential.
• Experience in a busy body shop is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Follow correct repair techniques for customer satisfaction.

Skills

Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter

Education

OTE: £50,000

Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours) 40 hours
Location: Atherton

Talented and efficient MET Technician/ Strip Fitter to join this leading team. As a MET Technician / Strip Fitter, you will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
• You must have previous experience working as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
• You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
