Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join a busy workshop in Benfleet, Essex. You will perform repairs and servicing on various vehicle makes, diagnosing faults and using specialist equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship.

You will work with a team in a fully equipped workshop, with clear progression paths and income stability from a 45-hour week with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MET Technician or Auto Electrician.
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and servicing on various vehicle makes and models as an MET Technician.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Use specialised equipment to undertake repairs and inspections.
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with team members.
