Job Title: MET Technician (Contract Outside IR35)

Location: Loughborough

Rate: £19 per hour

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our client on a contract basis (outside IR35) in Loughborough. You’ll be working on vehicles previously fitted with Motability attachments, removing these adaptations and restoring the cars to their original factory condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip and refit vehicle components to a high standard
• Remove Motability and mobility-related attachments safely and efficiently
• Carry out repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
• Restore vehicles to their original pre-modified condition
• Work closely with the workshop team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MET Technician, Strip Fitter, or similar
• Good understanding of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Right to work in the UK

• £19 per hour
