FMG RS in Luton is seeking a Panel Technician to join a busy workshop and support our insurance partner projects.

You will work with a team of technicians, delivering high-quality panel repairs while benefiting from an uncapped bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers a strong earning potential and long‑term career progression within FMG RS and the ZIGUP group.

Qualifications

• Qualified Body Repairer or Panel Technician with relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a busy workshop environment and meet targets.
• Good communication and teamwork within insurance partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform panel repair and bodywork tasks at the Luton workshop.
• Collaborate with insurance partners and sister companies to manage workflow.
• Take advantage of bonus schemes by delivering quality workmanship.

Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity, as a Panel Beater at our busy new workshop in Luton. If you are a qualified Body Repairer, or Bodyshop Technician and looking for the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you!

The workshop in Luton works mainly for our insurance contractual partners and our sister companies, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Auxillis. With a team of other technicians, you will be supported by an additional colleagues allowing you to do what you do best. With a stream of work to the site you will have great potential bonus earnings.
