Jago Consultants is assisting a Bodyshop near Basingstoke to recruit a MET Technician/Mechanic. You will carry out MET body repairs on prestige, high-end brands with attention to detail to exceed customer expectations.

Role requires experience as a qualified MET Body Repair Technician or as a Vehicle Technician transitioning to bodyshop. Salary £33,000-£38,000 with OTE up to £45,000, based on performance. On-site premises with high standards and a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a qualified MET Body Repair Technician in a bodyshop setting.
• Experience or interest in moving from vehicle technician to a bodyshop environment.
• Ability to work to deadlines while delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out removal and refit of all associated panel and trims as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Work in an efficient and organised manner.
• Carry out all associated mechanical repairs.
• Ensure workmanship meets high standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

My client is a Bodyshop near Basingstoke looking to recruit a MET Bodyshop Technician / Mechanic to join their busy team!

Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 OTE up to £45,000

Working in excellent premises, with very high standards across the board you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best. You will be working on mainly prestige, high-end brands where attention to detail is crucial.

MET Technician / Mechanic Role:

• To carry out removal and refit of all associated panel and trims, as per manufacturer's guidelines
• To work in an efficient and organised manner
• To carry out all associated mechanical repairs
• To ensure workmanship is of the highest standards to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• To have experience as a qualified MET Body Repair Technician, working in a bodyshop environment, or to have experience as a Vehicle Technician looking to move in to a bodyshop environment
• Use to working to deadlines, and producing quality workmanship
