Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Implementation Specialist to deploy and optimise Siemens Opcenter within a Microsoft Azure-based digital ecosystem. You will work with internal teams, Siemens specialists, and external partners to ensure reliable deployments across development, test, and production environments.

The role requires experience with Siemens MES tools, Azure cloud deployments, and PLM/ERP integrations (Teamcenter Unified, SAP S/4HANA).

Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens MES toolset, especially OpsCenter and Teamcenter.
• Experience deploying MES in Azure Cloud environments and integrating MES with PLM/ERP.
• Familiarity with Windows services, command-line operations, and deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Siemens Opcenter on Microsoft Azure across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Siemens engineers through remote sessions to troubleshoot, debug, and validate configuration deployments.
• Execute and monitor Windows services and command-line operations to support MES deployment and maintenance.
• Support integration between Siemens Opcenter, Teamcenter Easy Plan, and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment between PLM, MES, and ERP platforms.
• Liaise with external partners during system replatforming and transition activities.
• Provide technical input into test planning and environment readiness.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of MES implementation practices.
