About the Role

We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first‑class service. You must be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays. You need to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard – regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive conduct that could affect venue operations.
  • Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
  • Deliver customer service in line with company standards, resulting in “customer satisfaction”.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during your shift and intervene as appropriate, logging such interactions as required by policy.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, always adhering to the brand dress code while on duty.
  • Achieve, maintain and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
