Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Ltd is seeking a Team Member for Harehills, Leeds. The role involves maintaining clean venue standards, delivering great customer service, and supporting promotions to ensure a smooth gaming experience.

You’ll work in a retail/hospitality setting with training provided to become proficient in the brand’s standards. The position offers part-time hours (12 per week) with pay between £12.84 and £13.84 per hour, including a night rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to high standards.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behavior and report any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration and data accuracy as required.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.

Duties include but not limited to:

• To ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• To ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
• To monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
• To assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
