MERKUR Slots Team Member Nights is a 16-hour per week, part-time fixed-term contract in Bradford. The role covers night shifts (23:00–06:00) with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour. The position runs for approximately 14 months, includes a night rate, and offers benefits and progression opportunities.

As a Team Member you will welcome customers, maintain high standards of service, support promotions, and ensure brand guidelines are followed. Training and safety policies are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue cleanliness and high housekeeping standards for gaming areas.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious/disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and be successful.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and achieves satisfaction.
• Log interactions per policy and escalate when needed.
• Present a professional appearance per brand dress code.
• Share product knowledge to enhance the customer journey.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and challenge 25 where appropriate.
