Job summary

Merkur Slots UK Limited in Exeter is seeking a Team Member Nights to deliver a welcoming atmosphere and first-class service in a busy gaming venue. You will be responsible for housekeeping, guest interactions and assisting with promotions during night shifts.

A flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays is required. The role emphasises excellent customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail, with training provided to help you thrive in a retail/hospitality/gambling

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of venue housekeeping and clean gaming equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests warmly.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate issues per policy.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure accuracy in operations.
• Support promotions and help deliver a great gaming experience.
