MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a Team Member for the Gillingham venue. The role involves delivering first-class customer service, maintaining a clean gaming environment, and supporting promotions while following brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high venue housekeeping standards, cleaning gaming equipment and surfaces.

• Support administration tasks to achieve 100% accuracy when required.
• Help promotions run smoothly and ensure customer service aligns with standards.
