Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Burnt Oak is seeking a Team Member to welcome guests and deliver a great gaming experience. You will work 40 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.25–£14.75 per hour; night shifts pay £14.75 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

The role includes first-class service and a supportive training environment. You will maintain venue standards, support promotions, monitor behaviour, and log customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop; able to work on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards, clean gaming equipment and surfaces.
• Offer rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate issues per policy.
• Assist with administration and ensure promotions run smoothly.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and records interactions.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and the brand dress code while on duty.
• Log interactions and contribute to a positive customer journey.
