Merkur Slots UK Limited is seeking a Keyholder Nights at Shepherds Bush to oversee venue opening, trading and closing on a 40-hour week. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supervising casino floor activity and handling cash with care.

Applicants should have retail, hospitality or gambling sector experience, be flexible for weekends/bank holidays, and be keen to learn through our training. A strong team player with a professional appearance will thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue in the absence of the Venue/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards across equipment, floors and walls.
• Issue cash as required and manage float in line with procedures.
• Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as directed by management.
• Payout for machine faults when authorised by management.
• Monitor customer behavior and report any concerns to management.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support promotions and ensure high standards of customer service.
