Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Assistant Manager to develop the M&A department, advising on disposals, acquisitions, fundraisings and MBOs for privately held mid-market businesses up to £100m EV.

You will research deal opportunities, prepare information memoranda and financial forecasts, and manage project elements of transactions while building a market profile and client relationships.

• Build strong working relationships with the client, ensuring any problems or requests are dealt with promptly.
• Show vision and a strategic perspective and focus on the achievement of longer-term goals.
• Maintaining control and stability under pressure whilst recognising deadlines.

About the team

As a Mergers & Acquisitions Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for further developing Forvis Mazars' M&A department through the delivery of a high-quality service across a range of clients, including advising on disposals, acquisitions, fundraisings and management buyouts. In the main the work will focus on privately owned businesses in the mid-market with an enterprise value up to £100m.

About the role
