Responsibilities
  • Supervise & coordinate all maintenance tasks, including repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics across guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure all systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen) are properly maintained, in good working order, and comply with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues, proactively address needs, and prevent costly repairs and downtime, keeping the property in top condition for guests.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments to resolve maintenance issues that impact guest experience, ensuring seamless communication and a stellar stay.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance role at a managerial level with experience in one or more building trades and first‑level fault finding.
  • Ability to serve as the hotel Energy Champion, engaging with brand standard policies and initiatives at all times.
