📍 Bradford | Full-time | Permanent

💰 £30,000, rising to £33,000 after 6-month probation

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning and delivery of retail display installations across the UK and Ireland for a leading brand in the flooring industry.

You’ll oversee warehouse operations, transport logistics, and a small field team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on brand, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate display installations, deliveries, and stock movements
• Manage a small team of merchandisers and a warehouse operative
• Liaise with internal teams, sales managers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
• Track inventory, plan routes, and manage logistics documentation
• Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in logistics, merchandising coordination, or project management
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced MS Office skills and a full UK driving licence
